At Glasgow Picture Framing, every item is individually sourced, framed, and checked by hand. Most products are one-off pieces, therefore all sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is incorrect / not what you ordered

  • The item was damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging/shipping box

If approved, we will arrange a replacement (where possible) or issue a refund.

Non-returnable items

Because of the nature of our products, the following cannot be returned:

  • Custom framing

  • One-of-a-kind memorabilia

  • Any item listed as “unique” or “one left”

  • Items collected in-store

Change of mind

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Local Pickup

If collecting from the shop, please check your item before leaving. Once collected, we cannot offer refunds unless the item is faulty.

Refund method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
